Testing station (KIS) provides the solution to the problems of checking electrical equipment for electrical safety, checking the durability and strength of products to the effects of external climatic and mechanical factors, including checking for the degree of protection of the luminaire sheaths (IP) high and low temperatures.
The works are carried out in full compliance with GOST 30630.1.2-99 "Test methods for resistance to mechanical external influencing factors of machines, devices and other technical products (Testing for vibration effects), GOST 51371-99" Test methods for resistance to mechanical external influencing factors machines, devices and other technical products (Impact tests), "GOST 30630.2.1-2013" Test methods for resistance to climatic external factors affecting machines, instruments and other technical products (Testing for bility to temperature effects) ", GOST R IEC 60598-1-2011 etc.
Special equipment also allows testing of electrical parameters (electrical insulation strength, insulation resistance, etc.) and the degree of protection (IP) of the shells of test objects. In two parts of the CIS - mechanical and climatic - certified and verified equipment is located: vibration and impact stands, climatic chambers of heat, cold and moisture, sprinkler chambers, dust protection protection checks, a container for testing water tightness when immersed in water. Instrumentation, power supplies and other ancillary equipment are verified at accredited state-owned enterprises, the equipment is serviced by trained and certified personnel each year.
Measurements and tests of lighting products, carried out in the IC VNISI, are complex for lighting products of a wide range of applications. The measurement results obtained during the test are recorded in the measurement protocols, which are the main documents issued by the laboratory of spectrophotometric and electrical measurements and the control and testing station. Based on the comprehensive testing protocols of the Testing Center, the specialized laboratories of VNISI, at the request of the Customer, can evaluate the technical level of the tested product with the issuance of a relevant conclusion, as well as issue a conclusion on the compliance of the tested product with the requirements of regulatory documents (GOST, TU and product passport).
