Description
WHAT IS THE SANITARY PROTECTIVE AREA OF THE ENTERPRISE?
Sanitary protection zone - the area around the enterprises that have an impact on the environment, with a special mode of use, "protective barrier", providing at its border a reduction in the concentrations of harmful chemicals and physical impact on the atmospheric air to safe levels.
The classification of enterprises according to the level of danger to the environment and the rules for establishing and confirming the boundaries of sanitary protection zones are established in SanPiN 2.2.1 / 2.1.1.1200-03 "Sanitary protection zones and sanitary classification of enterprises, structures and other objects".
When developing a project for a sanitary protection zone, a program of industrial environmental monitoring is necessarily developed, including a mandatory list of sources of harmful effects on the environment, monitored indicators, frequency of monitoring.
WHAT FOR DO I NEED TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS ON THE BORDERS OF SANITARY PROTECTIVE AREA?
Field observations of the state of atmospheric air and the level of physical impact on atmospheric air at the borders of the sanitary protection zone of the enterprise are an integral part of the program of industrial environmental monitoring and should be regularly carried out at all enterprises that have a negative impact on the environment, as well as during the development of a sanitary protection zone and when establishing its final boundaries.
Sanitary protection zone does not imply accommodation of residential or recreational facilities. Sanitary protection zone can not be reduced without objective confirmation of the results of field observations of the state of atmospheric air and the level of physical factors at its boundary.
WHAT MEASUREMENTS ARE CONDUCTED DURING PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL ON THE BORDER OF SANITARY AND PROTECTIVE AREA?
The list of indicators measured during industrial environmental monitoring is determined during the design of the sanitary protection zone and depends on the specific sources and nature of the company's impact on the environment. These can be volatile organic compounds, dust, soot, benzopyrene, carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen or sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, vapors of acids, and other substances. Also, measurements of the noise level at the borders of the sanitary protection zone are always carried out.
The frequency of monitoring may vary, but, as a rule, it is necessary to take measurements in the warm and cold period of the year, at least 15 days of research in each season.
ANALYSIS OF AIR ON THE BORDER OF SANITARY PROTECTIVE AREA
Akademblab laboratory conducts field observations of the state of atmospheric air, as well as noise measurements at the border of the sanitary protection zone.
According to the results of observations, a protocol is drawn up with the results of the analysis.
