Engineering and Technology Center (ITC)
Quick orderDescription
Engineering and Technical Center (ITC) is a structural unit of the Department of Innovation.
The center includes:
gas hydrodynamic research laboratory;
laboratory of tribology and reliability;
group of mathematical modeling.
The main areas of work are:
development of new equipment from the idea to the prototype;
creating mathematical models and carrying out calculations;
bench studies of individual installation sites;
tests of experimental and serial products for reliability and performance under the influence of complicating factors;
development and support of copyright calculation methods;
development and debugging of well control and installation control algorithms.
For research and resource testing of individual nodes or installations, ITC has unique stands:
booth research equipment operation on the SHC;
hydrodynamic test bench for submersible pump stages;
test bench for abrasive mixture;
stand test for a viscous fluid.
ITC specialists have extensive experience in the successful development and implementation of innovative equipment and technologies, such as a multiphase axial pump, a gas separator resistant to cutting, and others.
