Description
Engineering and geological surveys performed by us provide a comprehensive assessment of the engineering and geological conditions of the sites of the projected construction of buildings and structures of I, II, III levels of responsibility, as well as the routes of linear communications (roads, gas pipelines, etc.).
The tasks of engineering and geological surveys are:
study of the geological structure, geomorphological and hydrogeological conditions of the areas of the proposed construction of facilities;
the study of the lithological composition and physico-mechanical properties of the soil, the chemical composition of groundwater, the corrosivity of water and soil to concrete and steel;
study of the manifestations of modern physical-geological and man-made processes;
forecasting possible changes in engineering and geological conditions during the construction and operation of facilities.
The composition of engineering and geological works:
collection and processing of research materials of past years;
route observation (reconnaissance survey);
drilling geotechnical wells and drilling exploration wells;
static sounding of soils;
field testing of soil stamp;
field testing of soil piles;
hydrogeological studies (rapid pumping, cluster pumping, pouring into wells and holes);
laboratory studies of soils and groundwater;
a survey of the foundation of existing buildings and structures;
office processing of field materials;
drawing up a technical report.
