Evaluation of specific (antitumor) activity of anticancer drugs of various classes using conventional mice or SPF category mice (males or females) on models of transplanted mouse tumors, as well as immunodeficient mice (males or females) on xenografts models of human tumors. The study includes: determining the route of administration of drugs, the range of therapeutic doses, the regimen and treatment regimen, the spectrum of antitumor effects in relation to experimental tumors. The number of animals in each experimental group is from 8 to 10 individuals (the total number of animals depends on the number of models). The duration of the study - from 90 to 180 days. See also:
