Description
Assessment of the local irritating effect of drugs (macro- and microscopic (histological examination)) in accordance with national guidelines and methods of OECD using outbred rats (for intraperitoneal, intramuscular, oral administration of drugs), guinea pigs (for subcutaneous or skin application of drugs), rabbits (with intravenous, intranasal administration or instillation of drugs in the conjunctival sac of the eye). The number of rats, guinea pigs and rabbits - from 12 to 20 individuals.The duration of the study - from 60 to 90 days.
