DEVELOPMENT OF PCB AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
Quick orderDescription
DEVELOPMENT OF PCB AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
Our company carries out the development of electronic devices to order both from scratch and on the basis of ready-made platforms and a combination of finished purchased products. We work both on the basis of electrical schematics from customers, and we develop schemes independently.
CONTRACT ELECTRONICS DEVELOPMENT
We are ready to perform a full cycle of product development on a turnkey basis - from pre-design surveys to the maintenance of piece, small-scale and serial production of a product.
IN THIS SERVICE
THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF WORKS INCLUDE:
Drafting and approval of technical specifications Development of the concept of the product Development of the electrical circuit of the product Development of the printed circuit board topology Development of software Software interface design Creation and testing of a prototype Starting and maintenance of serial production Preparation of documents for certification and testing
PRICES FOR DEVELOPING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
The cost calculation for the development of electronics is carried out individually, after the approval of the customer’s technical specification and the sketch / drawing. You can leave a request in free form or use our configurator to compile the TOR in 5 minutes.

Example 1
PROBLEM
Designed and manufactured housing appliance for cooking.
During the development process, it turned out that the purchased electronic components are ready to cope with the required functionality insufficiently (ensuring high pressure and rapid heating), and also significantly increase the dimensions of the product, leaving a lot of empty space.
DECISION
In this regard, we have developed experimental printed circuit boards that implement the required functionality and successfully located in the required dimensions of the product.
Example 2
PROBLEM
The design of the device for growing crops (hydroponic technology) has been developed, however, the purchased automation is “sewn up” and does not allow for the processing and editing of the required algorithms. At the same time, it is well known that the purchase automation does not allow for the implementation of the required modes of operation and is not effective enough.
DECISION
In this regard, automation is supplemented with original electronics, which implements non-trivial modes of operation.
